I was quite happy with it until the acceleration function stopped working (so can’t use it, basically) suddenly, while the break function still remained. I consulted the manual which said to contact the manufacturer but without contact details. Basically what you receive seems like a skateboard without any aftercare..

After contacting Ebikespro directly, they were happy to offer a new skateboard free of charge. I found out it was the remote controller that was causing the issue and they agreed to send a new one. Very happy with their service and I recommend purchasing here!
